You can shop directly through our website by browsing our collections and adding your favourite perfumes to your cart. Once you’re ready, head to checkout and complete your order securely.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your address. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@theperfumeboutique.co.uk.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to stop delivery, but you can return the item after receiving it.

Shipping & Returns

Currently, we deliver within the United Kingdom. International delivery options will be available soon.

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the perfume is unopened and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team.

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location. You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us immediately with a photo of the item, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
